Garry Battaglia, President
With nearly 40 years of dedication to the fine art of building construction, Garry is still going strong. After several years as a dedicated New York City Police Officer during the 1960’s and 70’s, Garry and his wife decided that Florida would be a better place to raise their family of four sons. Having always had a penchant for construction, Garry chose to pursue his true calling as a 4th generation builder. After 40 years in the construction of high-end residences, commercial complexes, manufacturing/warehousing, and home remodeling, Garry is still going strong. In his spare time, he enjoys bicycle touring, working on his classic car, fishing, and spending time with his four sons and five grandchildren.
Joe Tine, General Manager
With 21 years experience in the water, mold and asbestos remediation industry, and over 25 years in the construction industry Joe has honed his skills at building, preserving, and restoring one of peoples’ most valuable assets…their homes. After selling his successful painting and remodeling company in New Hampshire, Joe and his wife moved to the sunny shores of Florida.
However it didn’t take long for Joe to see the need for his experience and start looking for ways to help people in need. In 2009 Joe revived his role in the building industry, put on his tool belt and got back to work as an accolade-winning superintendent for a large national homebuilder. The rest, as they say, is history...of which we’re glad to be part. Joe, his wife and their son live in Nokomis, where Joe enjoys tinkering on his classic car in his spare time (when he has spare time) and attending industry social networking functions. Joe looks forward to servicing as many people as he can in the coming years.
